Debbie obtained her real estate license in the mid-1980s while working as a Series 7 and 63 licensed associate with Merrill Lynch. She has enjoyed an extremely successful real estate career in Dallas, TX, where she has twice been voted by clients and peers as "One of the Best Realtors in Dallas" by D Magazine. Recently, Debbie was named a Unique Homes "Elite 2008" realtor by the prestigious magazine.

Certified Residential Specialist – Less than 4% of all U.S. realtors have completed the rigorous real estate curriculum and the transaction requirements needed to achieve this designation from the Council of Residential Specialists.
Accredited Buyer Representative – The Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council awards this benchmark of excellence in buyer representation for completion of educational and practical buyer representation experience.
Graduate Realtor Institute – Sponsored by the National Association of Realtors, this designation includes 90 hours of coursework for the real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services.
e-Pro – Sponsored by the National Association of Realtors, e-Pro is an educational and interactive designation course which promotes and teaches online real estate.
Transnational Certified Broker – This designation reflects education and training in international broker to broker referrals.
Debbie is also a member of The International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) which promotes global learning and networking opportunities for real estate professionals, the Collin County Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Debbie also holds a BBA degree in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin.
